Booking Process
The booking process for a wedding at Malate Catholic Church involves the following steps:
- Contact the Parish Office: You can contact the Parish Office by phone at 8523-2593/8400-5876 to 77 or by email at ourladyofremedies@gmail.com
- Inquire about Availability: Ask about the availability of your preferred date and time for the wedding.
- Choose a Package: Select a wedding package based on your budget and preferences. The available packages are Economy, Regular, and Grand, with different prices and inclusions.
- Pay the Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your wedding date.
- Complete the Requirements: Submit all necessary documents, including marriage license, baptismal certificates, and other required paperwork.
- Make Full Payment: The remaining 50% of the fee must be paid at least 3 weeks before the wedding or upon completion of all requirements. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Attend Pre-Wedding Counseling: Attend mandatory pre-wedding counseling sessions conducted by the Parish.
- Ceremony and Reception: On your wedding day, arrive at the church at the scheduled time for the ceremony. After the ceremony, you can hold your reception at the Remedios Jubilee Mission Center (RJMC) if desired.
Additional Notes:
- For personal or financial reasons, couples can opt for a simpler wedding by consulting with the office staff or resident priests.
- Exceptional arrangements must be made in writing with the Parish Office.
- Kasalang Bayan (Civil Weddings) are also offered at the church
- The Remedios Jubilee Mission Center (RJMC) is available for wedding receptions and can accommodate up to 120 guests.
- Sunday weddings are discouraged by the Church.
- Couples who wish to join others in a Kasalang Bayan can consult with the office staff regarding the schedule and requirements.
