On February 22nd, 2024, excitement filled the air at DL Weddings For Less! We received an incredible invitation – the chance to cater Vice Ganda’s birthday celebration! This was a dream collaboration, and we couldn’t wait to make it happen.
But little did we know, March had even bigger surprises in store! Whispers began to circulate – rumors that “It’s Showtime” would now air on GMA. By March 20th, the rumors were confirmed! This was monumental news for DL Weddings For Less. After all, we’d been striving for a chance to gain exposure on GMA, and here it was, arriving alongside a prestigious catering opportunity.
The celebration and the debut of its showtime on GMA was set for April 6th, 2024, promising a double dose of excitement: a birthday bash combined with a groundbreaking network collaboration. We at DL Weddings For Less were ecstatic to be a part of this historic event!
It was a star-studded affair! We had a whole bunch of celebrities, influencers, dancers, and staff all enjoying the delicious food we prepared. The vibe was electric, and let me tell you, the feedback on our dishes was incredible! Specially our signature Caldera was the absolute MVP! We were beyond thrilled when Michelle D herself couldn’t get enough of it, even wanting to take some home with her!
But the positive feedback didn’t stop there. We received glowing reviews from the entire “It’s Showtime U” family – live stream hosts AC Soriano and Ana Ramsay, Vice Ganda’s family, the talented kids from its showtime segment “Isip Bata,” Argus, Kulot, Jaze, Imogen and many more– all showering us with compliments! Honestly, we’re still pinching ourselves!

This entire experience was truly unforgettable. To be able to serve such a talented and iconic group of people was an absolute honor, and the positive feedback is truly heartwarming. It fuels our passion and motivates us to keep going.
